Leyla Rezakhani is a licensed General Contractor and Realtor who brings a fresh perspective to the design and construction industry. Combining her background in tech and over a decade of experience solving complex challenges for Fortune 500 companies, she merges innovation, creativity, and precision in every project she leads.
Her passion for transforming spaces began with the renovation of her own home in San Franciscoâa hands-on experience that inspired her to launch Homemakr. Today, Leyla leads her design-build firm with a commitment to a design-first approach, in-house expertise, and clear communication to deliver exceptional results.
Dedicated to making a broader impact, Leyla supports housing initiatives, promotes workplace diversity, and serves on local real estate boards.

Known for his firm but fair leadership, Franklin holds the team accountable while fostering an environment built on craftsmanship and continuous growth. He has a deep understanding of the challenges that come with every stage of a project and takes a hands-on approach to problem-solving, ensuring that every detail is handled seamlessly.

Chris Cottle, Managing Officer
Chris is a multi-generational contractor with decades of experience in residential construction projects in California. Growing up Chris was always on a construction site with his dad so build is practically in his DNA! Today, Chrisâs expertise is focused deeply in the Electrical trade and serves as Homemakrâs Responsible Managing Officer.
